近1年各都平均房價　新北市漲1成最多

【張菱育／台北報導】根據實價揭露資料，統計近1年各都平均房價漲幅，新北市從2012年每坪26.7萬元，漲至今年29.4萬元，漲幅10.1%，為各都漲幅最大、台北市漲8.3%，皆超越桃園縣、台中市、高雄市。另以行政區來統計，台北市北投區漲11.2%居冠。

有巢氏房屋發言人兼副總經理劉炳耀指出，北投區今年平均房價約4字頭，相較中山區、松山區6字頭來說，仍相對親民，北投區除未來有捷運信義線縮短往市中心的時間，本身也有士林北投科技園區等開發利多，且新北投站鄰近奇岩重劃區，具有增值潛力。
