颱風環流影響 北部降雨增加

中央氣象局表示，今天受到天兔颱風外圍環流的影響，迎風面的北部及東半部降雨情況會逐漸明顯。

南部地區及中部山區在午後有些局部短暫雷陣雨。

氣象局指出，中南部高溫約攝氏33到34度，北部及東半部為29到32度，早晚的低溫約在23到26度。

氣象局說，天兔颱風在昨天晚間增強為中度颱風，今天凌晨2時的位置在鵝鸞鼻東南東方約990公里的海面，朝西北西方向往台灣的南端接近。

氣象局表示，預計今天深夜到明天清晨將發布海上颱風警報，明天白天會發陸上颱風警報。受到颱風逐漸接近的影響，東半部沿海及蘭嶼、綠島會有長浪的現象，台灣附近各海面的風浪也都會逐漸增大，前往海邊或是海上活動要特別注意安全。
