是這樣子的，我都沒有去擠痘痘或粉刺，因為知道會留疤加上本身就毛孔粗大其實我已經放著鼻子的黑頭很長一段時間了... 最近卻發現鼻子上多了好多粉刺疤!!! 我明明都沒有擠，請問為什麼會這樣呢@@?? 之前看了西醫，只針對痘痘，而且藥抹完就沒效了最近打算去看中醫，從內調，但是得排幾個月這段期間我該怎麼辦，完全不管它嗎?! 我怕擠在毛孔裡，會越粗大，但又怕用了有疤... 而且用完還會繼續長(所以我才打算去看中醫) 請給我一些建議，感恩!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.196.144.217
