國民黨抗告案　已送達高院

【劉志原╱台北報導】立法院長王金平聲請假處分獲准，暫保國民黨權，國民黨提出抗告後，台北地院今上午8時50分，已將全案卷宗送出，於9點5分抵達高等法院，王金平的3名委任律師，一路從台北地院跟著卷宗到高院，要求高院儘速公開分案。
