73歲色老伯 教防身術偷猥褻

新竹縣73歲徐老伯，在今年二月間趁教鄰居16歲高中女生防身術時，緊緊抱住高中女生，還徒手隔著衣物揉捏胸部，被害高中女生經由新竹縣家暴及性侵害防治中心報案。全案檢方今天偵結，認為徐老伯坦承犯行，並與當事人達成和解，處以緩起訴，6個月內向公庫支付9萬，並接受法治教育課程3次。
