本周審服貿 立院掀朝野攻防

民進黨在立法院內政委員會安排本週三、週四，審查兩岸服貿協議。表面上服貿協議在立法院終於有進度，但實際上，由於民進黨無意通過服貿，國民黨批評民進黨是假審查、真杯葛，只想掐死服貿協議。

國民黨立法院內政委員會輪值召委張慶忠表示，依據規定，其實服貿協議內政委員會早就過了審查期限。據了解，國民黨暫時不會強調「直接生效」，仍然希望透過議事運作，排定議程，通過服貿協議。張慶忠說：

『立法院職權行使法第六十一條規定，期限為三個月，依照第六十二條第二項，第一項，三個月後逾期視為已審查。所以各位立法諸公，依法審查，這個是已經視為已審查的案見了啦。』
