今年大學新鮮人平均起薪24K　微增1.8%

yes123求職網調查顯示， 企業願給今年大學畢業生平均2萬4744元起薪，比去年的2萬4311元多433元，增幅1.8%；若是台灣大學大學部畢業生，願意提供2萬7046元聘用，比平均起薪高2302元，高出9.3%。相較下，研究所畢業生願意提供的起薪，平均是2萬7616元，高於去年的2萬6960元，增幅2.4%；若是台大碩士，可拿2萬9209元，比非台大生多出1593元，增幅有5.8%。
 
yes123求職網表示，台大光環不僅有助領更高的起薪， 還有37.2%的企業透露更意願錄用台大畢業生。不過非台大人別氣餒，調查指出，有51.2%的企業有較高意願晉用有雙主修或修輔系的畢業生；企業也預估，平均要過濾30.7份的新鮮人履歷表，才能找到適合的人選。（陳威廷／台北報導）
