標題[討論] 關於公司的離職率

最近找工作很在意該公司的離職率， 因為之前的公司每半年就換一批新同事， 但是覺得條件還不錯就待了， 後來發現老闆脾氣暴躁而且一旦爆發會對員工每個人人身攻擊。 我沒有辦法.......... 現在打開104 看到某些公司動不動就在應徵全公司1/3的職務， 我就在想這間公司是不是離職率也很高～也會有雷之類的～～～ 請問大家對這件事情有沒有什看法呢???? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.208.142
