歐巴馬致電　警告普丁已違反國際法

路透與法新社引述白宮消息報導，俄羅斯上議院通過俄國軍隊在烏克蘭使用武力後，美國總統歐巴馬已致電俄羅斯總統普丁，警告他已違反國際法，「明顯侵害烏克蘭主權與領土完整」。

烏克蘭政府發言人指出，克里米亞目前有1萬5000名俄軍。（李寧怡／綜合外電報導）
