醫美集團逃漏稅 兩名主管交保

台南地檢署追查「愛爾麗醫學美容診所」集團販賣、供應的玻尿酸針劑，包裝外盒均為英文標示，且無衛生福利部核准字號；進而追查到上游的科妍生物科技公司，涉嫌以「假外銷真逃稅」方式逃漏營業稅，傳喚總經理及協理兩人到案，訊後均交保。

南檢查出，科妍生技公司製造、販賣「海德密絲」玻尿酸針劑，先以空針劑、測試半成品佯裝玻尿酸針劑裝盒報關出口，實際上則販售給愛爾麗醫學美容診所集團，或由客戶自行前往取貨。因外銷貨物可免營業稅，科妍生技就以假外銷方式逃漏5％的營業稅。

檢察官發現自民國100年起至今，以此方式販售玻尿酸針劑超過2萬多盒，製作不實交易憑證超過新台幣4500萬元，逃漏稅額約225萬元。

凌晨諭令韓姓總經理以100萬元交保，郭姓協理以10萬元交保候傳。
