只會打嘴砲？　南韓家庭負債驚人

南韓總統朴槿惠上任滿周年，大膽喊出2017年前國民人均所得增至4萬美元（121.6萬元台幣）的口號，不過對於南韓民眾而言，可能不如想像中聽，因為南韓央行日前公布，南韓家庭負債在2013年底已經突破1000兆韓元（約28.3兆元台幣）。
 
據南韓《中央日報》報導，南韓央行發布的「2013年第4季家庭信用」報告顯示，家庭負債在9年內已經增加了2倍；據現代經濟研究院研究指出，南韓低收入家庭目前陷入可支配收入減少，而債務負擔明顯增加的窘境，即使將薪資所得全部用來償還債務，也得花上超過4年的時間，不少家庭為了生活開銷，只好繼續舉債度日。（許宗琳／綜合外電報導）
