曾經聽過這樣一段話:房子賣不出去,價格再往上加,一定會撈到一個看了喜歡真的想買房的人,看你多會殺價也不可能殺到當初的購買成本,房仲與投資客聯手創造熱賣的假象,所以房價就一直喊上去了,說白了還是市場供需問題,大家忍個1~2年不買房,漫天亂開價的情況可能會收斂一點;政府真要打房可以學學其他國家的做法,1~2年內賣房,徵稅30~50%;5年內賣房,徵稅15~20%;第6年起免徵,如果政府真的照這樣實施,到時可能有人要上街頭抗議了,僅供參考.
