總統馬英九出席國發會揭牌典禮，儀式後想賞個紅包給小紅獅。

但是不知怎的，始終無法把紅包放到小紅獅口中，國發會主委管中閔雙手捧著好彩頭，不知該不該伸手幫長官一把？眾官員也不知如何是好，只能站著傻笑。
