啤酒商Anheuser-Busch斥資58億美元重回南韓市場

華爾街日報報導，全球最大啤酒公司Anheuser-Busch InBev將以58億美元，自私募基金公司KKR與Affinity Equity Partners手中買回南韓啤酒業者Oriental Brewery。

2009年當KKR自Anheuser-Busch買下Oriental Brewery時僅花18億美元，約是售價的3分之1，雖然之後KKR再將半數的股權轉手給Affinity Equity Partners，但獲利仍相當可觀。

Oriental Brewery估計2013年息稅前盈餘(EBIT)為5億美元，乘以11.6倍剛好是58億美元。據悉，Anheuser-Busch在把Oriental Brewery賣給KKR時，雙方曾有過買回協議，也就是Anheuser-Busch保有權利，未來可以息稅前盈餘11倍左右的價格買回Oriental Brewery。

彭博社報導，自2009年起，Oriental Brewery在南韓的啤酒市佔率就逐年成長，自原先的40%一路擴展到60%。
