假辦球賽請補助 桃檢調偵辦

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園9日電）桃園縣大溪高中曾姓老師涉嫌虛構假比賽，向教育局申請優秀學生獎助學金，今天遭檢調調查，桃園縣府表示，積極配合偵辦。

曾姓老師被檢舉利用身兼某巧固球協會總幹事之便，虛構舉辦第2屆台灣盃巧固球錦標賽，並由桃園縣內多所國中、國小包辦前3名。

曾姓老師涉嫌以不實的大會秩序冊、比賽照片等資料，向桃園縣政府教育局請領「體育優秀學生獎學金」新台幣80多萬元。

全案經教育局主動提報政風處，今天由廉政署、桃園檢調單位聯手進行追查，檢調人員除傳喚當事人外，並前往大溪高中搜索，查扣相關事證。

桃園縣政府下午表示，教育局在發現不法時，第一時間主動向檢方報案，全案已經進入司法調查，也會積極配合偵辦。1030109
