吃太飽撐著 于美人著迷下跪

上個月13日離婚，高喊單身的于美人，近來迷上下跪，總是面對冰箱、窗外下跪，嚇壞許多人，以為她是在為何事懺悔。

于美人近來頻在臉書PO下跪照片，原來是她勤做「下跪減肥法」，雙腳放平、腳心朝天、上身也務必要打直，如此才能牽動到胃經，而膝蓋下方也一定要放個軟墊。她表示，「吃飽飯之後立即下跪十分鐘，適用於吃太飽、胃超漲的時候做。」在網路詢問度提高，還有人稱她「于老師」。

歷經婚變後的于美人，體重從59公斤一路下滑至50公斤，許多人都覺得她離婚變美又變瘦，還誤以為她去整形，並鼓勵她再去尋找新戀情，她則表示先調適心情才重要。
