白天略回溫2℃　東北風帶污空氣品質差

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，今晨仍受強烈大陸冷氣團影響，目前平地最低溫為嘉義10.8℃，已發佈低溫特報，但今天白天冷空氣的強度會逐漸減弱，預測各地白天的高溫有機會比昨天再回升約2℃，不過入夜之後，溫度仍會下降。

氣象局表示，因東北風影響，沿海空曠地區及各外島可能出現較強陣風，沿海風浪較大；環保署也提醒大家，東北風會把大陸的污染物帶到台灣，致空氣品質不佳，出門請記得攜帶口罩。
