利息1.85%
20年房貸
一個月本金6萬利息2萬
如果我還有一小筆自備款400萬
利息就遠小於2萬了
以這價錢買間兩房產品出租22000
每個月房東繳本金 利率房客背
房東還有盈餘可以花
以這價錢來看
租實在是在幫房東買屋何必呢
