偷排廢水 阿公店溪畔工廠已三家遭停業

高雄市環保局接獲民眾陳情，指路竹區復興路「益廣盛公司」有偷排廢水的跡象，稽查人員發現這家公司利用沉水式馬達，將廢水抽取至廠內地下管線再偷排到廠外雨水溝，廢水污染阿公店溪。高市環保局依據水污法規定，將處以60萬元罰鍰並勒令停工。這是阿公店溪畔近三個月來第三家被勒令停工的事業單位。

高市環保局說明，稽查人員檢測工廠暗管排放的廢水，pH值2.6屬於強酸廢水；進入廠內稽查暗管來源，發現原廢水池旁有一沉水馬達專用開關，業者利用沉水馬達將原廢水池的廢水抽取至廠內地下管線，廢水經地下管線繞至廠外排放，埋設地下管線排放廢水明顯是蓄意偷排行為。
