女大生小萍（化名）不滿照片被偶像劇《愛情急整室》擅自使用，向劇組及阿喜提出公然侮辱告訴。阿喜昨天被傳喚到案，事後說，告的人應該很傷心，不過拍攝時，一切都按照劇組給的劇本照講，如果內容讓對方不開心，她真的很抱歉。

《愛情急整室》某集劇情中，高宇蓁拿著小萍照片，阿喜飾演的角色就吐槽：「這恐龍妹是誰呀？」由於照片使用未獲得小萍同意，播出後小萍自覺非常受傷，憤而提告。

劇組表示是製作疏失，以為傳播公司提供的照片，當事人已同意使用，不知小萍認為這只是推薦用試鏡照，對此相當抱歉，希望能私下和解。製作公司大川大立副總羅智育也說，已釋出善意解決問題，但對方一直沒回覆。中正一警分局受理後，日前陸續傳喚製作人、導演郝心翔、高宇蓁到案，昨傳喚阿喜。伊林經紀公司昨替高宇蓁回應：「她就是個演員，一切按照劇本演戲。」
