立院三讀 偷拍、竊聽加重開罰30萬

立法院昨天三讀通過刑法第三一五條之一修正案，加重竊聽、偷拍等犯罪行為的罰金至30萬元。

根據三讀條文內容，未來只要是無故利用工具，或用錄音、照相、錄影等方式，窺視、竊聽或記錄他人非公開的活動、談話、身體隱私部位，除可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役，罰金從現行的3萬元以下，提高到30萬元以下。

提案的民進黨立委李俊俋說，隱私權是人民基本權利，若侵犯他人隱私僅罰3萬元實在太少，因此他主張提高十倍，增加法官的裁量權。
