賀軍翔因「椎弓解離症」不用當兵，未料招來惡評，許多網友29日在PTT酸溜溜說：「人帥真好，避免成為下一個洪仲丘。」也說韓國藝人逃兵會被看不起，台灣藝人逃兵好像沒事，且多位因病免役，嘲諷「台灣男偶像真不健康」。

他月中和好友林佑威打籃球，還把照片貼微博，被網友批評「行動很正常呀」！賀解釋，脊椎不痛就沒事，但痛起來要人命，現在到健身房不能做站立式的重力訓練，只能挑橫躺的健身器材，明年到大陸拍古裝劇也不能騎馬。

面對批評，他經紀人表示，如果知道此病症可申請免役，就不會白白被貼「閃兵」標籤多年，今年他因腰痛頻繁，到三總就診才知道能申請；他姑丈是前國安局副局長胡鎮球，前陸軍總司令胡鎮埔則是姑丈弟弟，但經紀人強調「免役沒問過長輩」，若透過關係，外界觀感更不好。
