大陸都市化比率 2018年衝上60%

中國大陸官方的新華社今天(27日)報導，大陸都市化比例預料將在2018年之前達到60%，比官方先前的預估再提早2年。

根據中國社會科學院和社會科學文獻出版社共同發布的社會藍皮書，大陸都會人口在過去30年來激增，在2012年首度有逾半數大陸人住在城市。

為提振經濟成長、並重新激化在2012年放緩至13年低點--7.8%的經濟成長，大陸當局正推動更多人口前往都市居住。

但在規範這項人類史上最大規模的移居之際，當局也面臨挑戰--像是預料1年可達2,500萬人的遷移行動，所將導致的金融與政治支出。

中國大陸的一個智庫在7月間曾指出，將大陸農村的勞工重新安置到都市，每年的花費約達6,500億人民幣(1,070億美元)，約占2012年財政收入的5.5%。

在過去30年來，中國大陸的都會人口已從不到2億人躍升至超過7億人，並導致在土地使用、用水短缺、環境污染和其他問題上所引發的衝突。
