釐清疑點 雄檢傳日月光副總

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄26日電）日月光涉排放廢水污染案，雄檢今天傳喚交保的副總經理林顯堂和在押的處長蘇炳碩等對質，釐清排放廢水的決策機制和疑點。

偵辦日月光涉排放廢水污染案的高雄地檢署，多日來整理所查扣的廠方排放廢水過程和電磁等資料，在交叉比對相關資料和證人證詞後，今天再傳喚已以新台幣500萬元交保的林顯堂。

檢方表示，在連日來交叉比對相關資料和證人證詞後，發現有疑點待釐清，因此再傳喚日月光副總經理林顯堂和收押的廠務處長蘇炳碩釐清疑點。

日月光K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染，廢水排放資料又可能造假，高雄市環保局20日依違反水污法和污染情節重大，裁處K7廠會產出鎳等污染的晶圓生產線停工。1021226
