大學生冒用同學名申請帳號 判緩刑

嘉義縣蔡姓大學生去年某日在大林鎮上林里一處學生宿舍，以網路連結網站後，以李姓同學名義，申請帳號使用，李某向警方報案查獲法辦，蔡姓大學生犯後坦承犯行，深表悔悟，嘉義地方法院今天依偽造文書罪判徒刑3月，得易科罰金，緩刑2年。
