白雲因做胃切手術激瘦23公斤，刺激到張克帆，張最近吃健康餐減肥，深怕有一天比白雲胖：「我不可能讓白雲比我瘦！」他10天來瘦了５公斤，從92公斤降到87，他說冬天減肥特別痛苦，「一堆朋友找我吃火鍋，我都拒絕，去了一定『瘦』不了！」

他說每次瘦到84、85公斤就停了，然後復胖，但最近唐從聖、小鐘等人發片，「我也想要當歌手，總不能胖得太誇張吧。」他一周打５天小白球，自認運動量充足，還打到「落枕」，肌肉也拉傷。

白雲現在97公斤，他知道張克帆壓力很大：「以前是北白雲、中克帆、南戎祥，現在只剩他了，他當然緊張！」不過白雲也擔心自己瘦太多：「我這年紀還是要有點分量，不然會被人家以為是小弟。」
