日月光中壢廠偷排廢水　遭勒令全面停工

桃園縣環保局稽查人員14日深夜到日月光中壢廠稽查，發現該廠3部晶片切割機台未經處理溢流排放廢水，遭勒令全面停機並封管。

據了解，桃園縣環保局稽查人員發現日月光中壢廠的3部晶片切割機台，並未依照申請方式排放廢水。稽查人員指出，這些設備程看似回收再使用，但其實馬達並沒有啟動。

稽查人員依違反水污染防治法規定，令廠方全面停工並封管，直至改善為止。

另外，日月光K7廠涉嫌排放廢水案，繼廠長蘇炳碩於14日凌晨遭裁定羈押後，副總林顯堂也於14日中午到案說明，經過6小時的訊問後，以5百萬交保離開。
