人潮多　捷運忠孝復興站房價有潛力

【王筱君／台北報導】捷運人潮未必與房價保證劃上等號，但卻能反映在商圈行情。捷運忠孝復興與忠孝敦化站日均運輸量高達10萬人與7.9萬人，為最繁忙車站排行榜第4與第6名，住商不動產企劃研究室主任徐佳馨指出，周邊商圈租金行情每坪約2~3萬元，忠孝復興站周邊曾有香檳大廈以每坪800萬元成交。

第一太平戴維斯副總經理高銘頂分析，「比較1條捷運線或2條捷運站交會點商圈行情，後者無論價格或增值潛力，絕對勝過前者。」
