營建署否認　無30億建1500戶狀況

【郭寶懃／台北報導】關於外界質疑內政部花了30億元興建1500戶的狀況，營建署今日回應，從2011年推動雙北市5處社會住宅，是由內政部補助土地價款
約34.26億元，其中補助新北市政府約12.58億元，由新北市向國有財產署辦理有償撥用之後，款項收歸國有、土地所有權移轉為新北市所有，並沒有「30億元興建1500戶」的情況。

營建署再指出，目前是以BOT方式興辦社會住宅，總戶數為1543戶，新北市政府並沒有編列預算，未來契約期滿時，土地及地上建物都得依照契約規定還給政府。
