【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆每逢冬季十，遇上東北季風吹拂就會陰雨綿綿，故有「雨都」之稱，陽明海運文化基金會為了改變一般人對下雨的負面印象，今天下午2時許在基隆海洋廣港舉辦「2013台灣頭第一屆DaDa節」，灑水車向天空射水，近千名民眾各個頭戴黃色小鴨帽、撐著五彩繽紛的雨傘開心跳舞，即使有人因此「濕DaDa」，仍開心說：「實在好開心。」
