醃頭案被告陳佳富再延押二個月

震驚社會的醃頭分屍案，兇嫌陳佳富被控殺害妹妹，全案正在嘉義地方法院審理中，由於陳佳富始終沒有坦承犯案，恐有逃亡及湮滅證據之虞，嘉義地方法院合議庭今天裁定，陳佳富將再延押二個月。

被告陳佳富被控為了詐領保險金，殺害妹妹陳婉婷，同時加以分屍，頭顱以鹽巴醃漬後，南下帶到嘉義丟棄，屍體至今仍未尋獲。陳佳富在今年七月首度裁定羈押三個月，十月再度延押二個月，由於延押日期即將屆滿，嘉義地方法院於是召開合議庭。

嘉義地方法院發言人林坤志表示，合議庭法官聽取公訴檢察官意見後，認為陳佳富仍有變裝逃亡，以及湮滅證據的可能，加上陳佳富所涉殺人罪為最輕五年以上有期徒刑的重罪，非予羈押難以進行審判，因而裁定再度延押二個月。
