【動新聞】房市算虛坪　彭淮南：房價比日本貴

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台北房市、美股價格高漲，中央銀行總裁彭淮南憂心示警，泡沫危機來襲，傳央行內部定調美股為泡沫，採全天候緊盯；再者，台灣不動產交易採「虛坪」計算，比起日本，台北市房價比日本貴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，立委賴士葆追問：「是否擔心台灣房地產有泡沫？」彭未正面回答，但連說3次「我會密切注意」，暗喻北市房市的泡沫風險。彭淮南昨指出，全球金融市場已被貨幣量化寬鬆政策（Quantitative easing，QE）搞得雞飛狗跳。彭說：「航空母艦（指QE）開進來的時候波濤洶湧，開出去的時候也會波濤洶湧，小國家一定會受到衝擊。」擔憂美股一旦泡沫破滅，連帶衝擊台股、甚至其他的資產價格。
