多虧學生時期半工半讀的福 認識位很好的公家機關上司 最近他調到新的單位去 剛好有新的派遣機會 問我有沒有興趣去試試 我想想沒關係 就試試 結果沒想到真的上了 突然不知道該怎樣決擇 目前的工作是在一間很大的集團 當中的子公司營建事業部擔任行政專員 但接觸的東西很多很雜 有涵蓋行政、請款、人事出勤、工務文書 平時沒什麼事 就月底月初較忙 但幾乎不加班 穩定 有員工餐廳 但車程40分鐘左右 三節年終獎金都不錯 但我才去8個月而已 月薪28K 升遷難 月薪之後調漲不會超過34K 公家機關派遣則是關於會計審核 車程30分鐘內 年底需加班 甚至要登打上千張傳票 我完全沒經驗 但長官強烈的推薦我 讓我很猶豫 薪水大約33k 會有加班費 每年考核會加薪 但派遣工作沒福利 且一年一聘 我已經在原本這間公司八個月了 雖然很無趣 但可以做自己的事 晚上也能安排時間進修 但公家機關派遣薪資誘人 且又不知道該怎樣拒絕長官的推薦 科長說若肯學 初學的話其實不難 想請問版上的大家 我該怎樣選擇呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.81.130.203
