標題[請問] 平地超馬鞋如何選擇?

想請教路跑達人... 之前買了一雙Mizuno的WAVE RIDER16(大阪馬拉松紀念款)跑太魯閣42全馬 跑的反彈力道在平地上感覺不錯 速度可以出來 但是因為沒料到上下坡度大使得震動讓我的膝蓋苦不堪言 到終點時膝蓋和大腿完全廢了(腳底相對沒那麼慘) 過了一年挑戰平地的100超馬 看到Brook的DNA有做膝部防護而且吸震和回彈都不錯有點心動(雖然頗貴) 不知道Glycerin 11這雙適不適合跑平地100超馬? 或是有同價位更推的Adidas或ASICS? PS.我的腳是鞋底中間偏外側極輕微磨 鞋底後跟偏外側嚴重磨 應該是需要避震型 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.69.114
