5招投保減少糾紛

 【廖珮君／台北報導】民眾買完保單後才發現業務員誇大報酬率？分紅保單突然「不分紅」了？投保糾紛頻傳，壽險業者說，民眾需充分了解保單條款、各項費用和繳交方式、誠實填寫告知事項並親筆簽名、把握理賠時效，及搬家別忘通知等5招，就可降低投保糾紛。
 
據金融消費評議中心統計，今年上半年保險申訴案件中，壽險業申訴案件約1304件，佔總申訴案件約50%，也是申訴案件最多的金融產業。
 
從壽險業申訴案件來看，可分為兩大類，一是非理賠申訴案件，爭議類型以業務招攬爭議佔29%居冠，其次是停效復效爭議；另一類是理賠申訴案件，爭議以必要性醫療、違反告知義務、理賠金額認定居前三大。
