梅嶺薑黃入產季、餐廳推薑黃料理

台南市楠西區梅嶺盛產梅子，當地最有名的是「梅子雞」，但近年來有農民開始種植薑黃，並研發薑黃入菜，當地福來餐廳業者陳居峰今天表示，薑黃已開始進入採收期，薑黃可補身，秋冬季節推出薑黃雞、薑黃排骨、薑黃雞湯、薑黃鱸魚湯等，消費者也可以以新鮮薑黃切片，加入枸杞、紅棗等煮成薑黃茶。
