15名立委遭監聽？法務部否認

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北23日電）媒體報導，檢方曾監聽15名立委。法務部今天否認浮濫監聽，強調監聽國會電話0972都誤認是個人手機，未監錄到任何內容。

壹週刊今天報導，特偵組監聽國會總機風波越演越烈，法務部公布從民國96年起，全台還有13件監聽國會的案件，包括立法委員高金素梅、謝國樑等15名立委都曾遭監聽。

法務部對此說明，清查後發現，不同檢察署誤為私人手機而掛線監聽0972立法院節費電話的案件有15件，當初都是誤認為是個人手機而監錄失敗，實際上都未監錄到任何內容，其中多數案件監聽時間是在通訊保障及監察法修正之前，從民國97年後通訊監察書的聲請或核發已較嚴謹，並沒有浮濫監聽。

此外，外界指稱的0972監聽譯文，法務部表示，實際上均係監聽其他私人手機而得出的監聽譯文，並非針對0972電話監聽的內容。1021023
