搬運盜採樟木　還幫山老鼠作偽證遭起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名林姓「山老鼠」盜砍1棵樟木後，就地鋸成7段藏匿，隔天向39歲的胡姓男子以2000元工資，請他幫忙載運，但被警方當場查獲，2人被依違反森林法移送，林男判刑1年確定，胡男無罪。不過，胡在警方偵訊時作偽證遭識破，供稱該棵樹木是林男用3000元賣向地主購買，警方詢問地主並無此事，也吃上偽證罪，遭檢方提起公訴。
