全教總：陳益興因免學費政策下台

教育部政務次長陳益興今天突遭撤換，全教總副理事長吳忠泰認為，應該和12年國教免學費的爭議脫離不了關係，階段任務完成，只好鞠躬下台。

吳忠泰說，馬總統在100年宣布12年國教將全面免學費，當時陳益興等幕僚，到底提供什麼樣的背景資料，導致總統過分樂觀，誤判情勢，最後改弦易轍，高中免學費改排富，陳益興不能卸責；尤其教育部當初在12年國教還未上路，就簽報陳益興記兩大功，更是不妥。

吳忠泰說，陳益興沒功勞也有苦勞，不能完全否定其努力，如今階段任務完成而下台，全教總給予祝福。他希望未來推動12年國教，能讓入學制度更簡化，不要那麼複雜；也盼高中職新生幾年後更加減少時，能落實完全免學費的理想。
