塑毒案判賠金低 法官認未舉證

國內前年爆發塑化劑風暴引發恐慌，消基去年3月向新北地院提起團體訴訟，代568名消費者向昱伸、賓漢等37家廠商求償高達20多億元。新北地院審理1年多後，今天近午宣判。法官以消費者並未提出明確的損害事證等理由，僅判賠商品價金120多萬元。

國內前年爆發塑化劑風暴引發恐慌，消基去年3月向新北地院提起團體訴訟，代568名消費者向昱伸、賓漢等37家廠商求償高達20多億元。新北地院審理1年多後，今天近午判賠120多萬元。法官認為，多數廠商應在不知情的情況下誤用含塑化劑的起雲劑，應無可罰之惡性。
