少時階級晉升 徐玄樂買豪宅

南韓女子團體「少女時代」成員「徐玄」最近加入隊友潔西卡、俞利及孝淵行列，砸下3500萬元台幣，在首爾清潭洞買下豪宅。而且短短7個月，就把千萬元貸款繳清，順利晉升有房階級。

南韓人氣團體少女時代風靡全亞洲，辦演唱會、跑活動為自己和經紀公司轉進不少鈔票，成員各個都是小富婆，最近更一個接一個擺脫租屋人生。

少時團員徐玄日前看上首爾清潭洞一間大約70坪的豪宅，一口氣買下不到一年的時間就付清貸款。而其他成員像是潔西卡、俞利也早就擁有自己的房子，團員孝淵也在仁川機場附近定下63坪的預售屋，預計2015年完工後就能完成購屋夢想。少女時代成員各個還不到30歲，年紀輕輕買房不手軟，付貸款也是輕輕鬆鬆，看在每天辛苦工作卻買不起房子的上班族眼裡，實在是又羨慕又嫉妒。
