小三要嫁人逼做分手砲　男判6年7月

【劉昌松／台北報導】新北市江姓男子在2008年不顧已婚身份，和女同事發生婚外情，1年後女同事決定嫁人，江男要求復合不成，竟以公開清涼照為由，傳簡訊逼女同事「讓我們開心的享受最後1夜吧！」女同事因此慘遭性侵，高院今天依強制性交等罪，判江徒刑6年7月，本案還可上訴。

判決指出，江男在2010年得知小三要嫁給學長後，開車約女同事談判不成，在車內就性侵女同事1次，後來，網PO被害人照片，並加註「怎麼可以在停車場吃掉我，害我噴得到處都是」等有性暗示文字，被害人傳簡訊拜託江撤下圖文，反遭江逼約做愛。

2011年，江男和妻子離婚，被害人則順利嫁為人妻，沒想到江竟又以補過生日為由，逼被害人做愛不成，決定再將不雅圖文PO網，這次被害人不想繼續忍受，決定報警處理。
