武漢小學人人是幹部　板擦也有專人管

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】湖北武漢洪山區的「楚才小學」一五年級班級，全班共42個學生，竟設有50個幹部職位，除了大家熟悉的班長、風紀股長、學術股長等，還有關長、門長、領讀員等。

關長就是負責放學後關窗、關燈、關飲水機和電子白板；門長則是負責開關門。

對於全班同學人人是幹部，就有家長質疑會讓學生產生「官本位」意識，不過班導師表示：「這樣做是為了尊重學生的表現慾，讓每個學生都有機會參與班級管理的機會。」

據悉，除了楚才小學，武漢其他數間小學也有全班當幹部的情況。有老師坦言，傳統的幹部職位有限，競選時還發生過學生買零食來「賄賂」同學投票給自己，人人有幹部當，就能避免賄選發生。
