東北季風發威，台東市區近日天氣晴朗、濕度偏低、砂土乾燥，今天在6級陣風吹拂下，台東市區整片霧茫茫，許多民眾家中門窗緊閉，出門紛紛戴起口罩。

台東氣象站表示，這波鋒面將持續到16日，如果都沒有降雨，再加上風速都維持在6級，出現風飛沙的情形將會很高。
