唐榮官民股再鬥

唐榮公司8日董事會，獨立董事有鑑於唐榮虧損累累，提案要求結束不銹鋼事業改為資產管理公司，最後以六比五否決此提案，官股暫居上風。

唐榮董事會有11席董事，其中泛官股代表六席；義聯集團二席，並推薦三席獨立董事。

唐榮總經理黃鴻都指出，目前公司營運逐步改善，將針對獨立董事的意見，做積極反應，期待唐榮能轉虧為盈，創造永續經營價值。
