政治鬥、民生苦 和解吧

台灣當前的情況：朝野對立政局紛擾，總統民調不到十趴；宏達電第三季嚴重虧損，股價只有最高的十分之一，一般民眾消費能力減弱，薪資回到十幾年前。

一言以蔽之：政治鬥、經濟悶、民生苦。然而，告來告去，依然故我；董事長沒換沒降，酬勞照領；老百姓不生不死，最是堪傷，以上困境，國家企業皆然。

黨國大老、有識之士及外資機構紛紛獻策，望能有轉圜；只因國家是全民的，總統、院長才是我的；公司是股東的，大董、總座才是我的。可悲的是，主人、股民都只能ㄟ氣死！

筆者不認為，政治一定要和解共生，公司也非得整合併購不可。只是和解、併購至少應該是選項之一，怎麼可斷然拒絕，卻又提不出解決之道，也不負成敗之責，只戀棧其位，簡直視百姓與股東為禁臠。

此外，傳言「馬王會」，股市立刻長紅，耳聞「雙Ａ併」，股價馬上大漲；在在顯示，真能為百姓著想，替股民謀利，才是眾望所歸的政商領袖。
