不提再抗告 藍委感謝馬回應期待

中國國民黨今天決定不提立法院長王金平黨籍案再抗告，國民黨籍立法委員黃昭順今天說，謝謝總統馬英九回應人民聲音。

立法院長王金平被控涉司法關說遭國民黨撤銷黨籍，台北地方法院9月13日裁准王金平以新台幣938萬1210元為相對人（國民黨）供擔保後，在確認黨員資格存在訴訟判決確定前，得繼續行使國民黨員權利；國民黨委任律師團提起抗告，但遭高等法院駁回，律師當時表示，將向最高法院提起再抗告。

不過，國民黨文化傳播委員會副主任委員殷瑋轉述馬英九談話，國民黨決定不提再抗告。

黃昭順受訪表示，原本大家很憂心政局，但國民黨決定不提再抗告，「這是馬總統送給國人最好的國慶禮物」。

她說，希望政局穩定後，大家都在自己工作崗位上，努力拚經濟，並儘速通過重要法案，「我心中的石頭終於可以放下了」。

另一名國民黨籍立委說，馬英九決定不提再抗告，這是釋出善意。

他說，馬英九3日中央常務委員會時，曾表示王金平搞錯申訴時間了，申訴期還未到，希望王金平尋求黨內申訴機制。
