南鐵案 南市府提容積率等補償機制

為了照顧台南鐵路地下化拆遷戶，台南市政府研擬補償機制，區分成微拆戶、半拆戶與全拆戶，分別提供容積率與建蔽率等補償，讓拆遷戶有更多選擇。台南市都發局長吳欣修表示，此補償機制已獲台南市都審會中的專案小組同意，只要再提交大會、內政部都審會審查，就可實施。
