FDA：輝瑞虎黴素恐增加死亡風險

【綜合報導】美國食品藥物管理局FDA昨天(27日)發出警告，指輝瑞大藥廠(Pfizer)生產的一款抗生素針劑「虎黴素」(Tygacil)，病患使用後會增加死亡風險，輝瑞藥廠必須在藥品包裝上加註「黑框」警告字句，這是風險程度達到最高層級。

FDA表示，只有在替代性治療都無效或不適用的情況下，才應該使用Tygacil。FDA已批准這款藥物用於治療複雜的皮膚與腹腔感染，及社區型細菌性肺炎，但未批准用於治療糖尿病足感染或醫院獲得性肺炎。
