【蔣永佑／台北報導】名嘴周玉蔻及蘭萱分別在今年4月29日的TVBS政論節目《新聞夜總會》、《2100全民開講》中，就民進黨人頭黨員一事質疑黨主席蘇貞昌的決心和誠意時，提及立委薛凌曾被質疑是該黨「人頭黨員大戶」。薛凌因此自訴2女誹謗，但周玉蔻及蘭萱則均稱自己是討論重大、可受公評的公共議題。
 
士林地院查出，薛凌早在2004年就爆發人頭黨員爭議，當時媒體曾多所報導；2008年薛凌也遭陽信銀行工會幹部指稱要求員工加入民進黨，並爆發勞資糾紛及訴訟。法官認為，2女是依媒體工作專業篩選過往新聞予以揭露、評論，並非憑空杜撰，因此判2人無罪。
